In chair whitening is a great option if you would like fast and immediate results. It is often used if you have an upcoming event or special occasion, such as a wedding or birthday party, where you would like to show off a beautiful, white smile.
An appointment of up to 1-1.5 hours is required while your dentist carefully lightens the colour of your teeth to ensure you leave beautiful, white teeth. In the mean time, you can relax, listen to music or even take a nap!
Once your in chair treatment has finished, we will send you home with some custom trays (information can be found below) to ensure that your white smile is maintained over time.
Custom bleaching trays allow you to predictably whiten the colour of your teeth in the comfort of your own home. Your dentist will take an impression of your teeth so that we can create a bleaching tray made specifically for your teeth. All custom-made bleaching trays are made here on site which means you will be able to bleach your teeth just a few days after your initial consultation!
Once you have collected your trays you will need to wear them for 30 minutes to 2 hours each day for approximately 2 weeks, or until you have reached your desired tooth colour. The custom trays can be washed and reused for many years, making them a great option for ensuring your teeth stay white over a long period of time.
